Ms. Bernstein practices in the areas of eminent domain and real estate litigation. She represents private landowners, quasi-municipal corporations and public entities in her eminent domain and her litigation work includes the appellate process. Before starting her own firm with Jody Alderman, Ms. Bernstein worked as an associate attorney at Grimshaw & Harring in the areas of eminent domain, civil, commercial and real estate litigation and water law. Prior to working in the private sector, Ms. Bernstein clerked for Judge Arthur P. Roy at the Colorado Court of Appeals during the 2003-2004 term.
