With three decades of experience working in law firms, paralegal Cindy Bolton is an integral part of the Alderman Bernstein legal team. She assists the attorneys with real estate transactions, real estate litigation and eminent domain cases, helping with trial preparation, document review and organization. She keeps the office running smoothly and is known for being super responsive to clients and providing answers as quickly as possible.

“I really enjoy meeting and getting to know the clients and being able to help them,” Cindy says. “I like the personal part of law; I also like meeting and knowing some of the expert witnesses we use, some of whom I’ve known for 25 years. I have relationships with those experts, something that working in a boutique practice such as this allows.”

Cindy earned her Paralegal-Associate Certificate from Aurora Community College in 1991 and worked for three Denver law firms prior to joining Alderman Bernstein.

When Cindy isn’t working, you’re likely to find her sewing or working in her rose and perennial garden, both passions of hers. She also enjoys hiking and spending time with her son, Kyle, and daughter, Paige. Since 2011, Cindy and Paige have volunteered each month for the Boys Hope Girls Hope Home, baking birthday cakes for the residents. Scholars from the Boys Hope Girls Hope Home attend Regis Jesuit High School, where Cindy’s children went to high school.
