Biography

Amanda Bradley is a real estate litigation and transactional attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising clients in real property transactions, negotiating and preparing real estate contracts and related documents, and representing clients in all phases of real estate litigation.

She has represented clients in eminent domain actions involving various municipal and county governments, special districts and urban renewal authorities throughout Colorado, including negotiation of possession, appraisal review, possession hearings, valuation litigation, and appeals. Amanda also has considerable experience in other aspects of real estate dealings and land use disputes, including those concerning title issues, boundary disputes, lease and purchase agreements, and other complex contractual disputes.

Her representative experience includes: representing electric associations in acquiring property for transmission lines and related facilities; representing private property owners in opposition of attempted condemnation and regulatory takings; representing counties and municipalities in connection with numerous roadway improvement projects; representing metropolitan and other special districts in connection with acquisitions for infrastructure improvements  representing a landowner in trial court and appellate proceedings to oppose an attempted private condemnation to serve future development; providing legal counsel for various matters pertaining to the relocation of a medical campus in Denver, including the condemnation of reversionary interests and the negotiation of agreements to facilitate the property's sale and ultimate redevelopment; and representing a developer in a multi-million dollar refinancing transaction and acquisition of real property for construction of a mental health facility, including negotiating and drafting construction documents, counsel regarding necessary governmental approvals, and clearing title to the subject property.

Outside of practicing law, Amanda is actively involved in her children’s school, is a dedicated volunteer for Project 1.27, a non-profit focused on providing support and training for foster and adoptive parents, and enjoys fly fishing whenever she can.
